Rain and the ever increasing wind both blinds and violently pushes you off balance with every step. A feeling of extreme heaviness in your legs begins to slow your escape but you push on. At last you see Miss Grul's boarding house and just beyond it a gate that may lead you out of the swampy marsh. Looking back the Night Hag and the Shadow Girl are still in pursuit. As you pass the boarding house the spirit of Miss Grul materializes. She stares at you with evil intent that can be felt. A disembodied voice calls out to you - "Do come in from the cold rain. You'll catch your death. There is room for you here. Always room for one more." And then just witch like laughter as you run away. What now?
