You are at the laboratory door. You enter the combination. The handle clicks and you pull the door open. There is something not right about this room. It's already lighted and once inside the door you didn't have to battle your way past cobwebs. This room is being used. It's starting to make sense now. The Doctor's experiments are still going on!  The room is humming and flashing with equipment. There are numerous body parts attached to electrodes and twitching in vats of liquid. You see a cylinder in the back of the lab with a human form inside. You get closer and find......
You barely recognize this thing as human, but you know it's the Doctor! He has become his own creation's experiment! He had created two clones of himself. The thing buried in the cemetery is one of them! The other clone is still alive and living in this house. In fact, you have seen him. He was in the Graveyard!  The thing in the cylinder tells you that he is what is left of the Doctor. The clone is buried in the cemetery. The Doctor had faked his own death so he wouldn't be committed to the Insane Asylum and to continue his experiments in this hidden lab. The thing in the cemetery overpowered the Doctor and began his own experiments - on the Doctor! The missing people from town are the things you found in jars. The other failed experiments are slaves to the monster.
The Doctor tells you where the explosives are. He tells you to blow up the laboratory and the house. The way out is through a secret passageway in the lab - it goes underneath the cemetery. The doorway to the outside is at the Doctors grave. That's what the monster was doing in the cemetery tonight. That's the entrance the creatures use.
