You have decided to wait in the parlor. You are certain there is opportunity to learn more about your strange host who lives in this old house. There is a thick coating of dust on everything in this room as if no one had been in here for years. There is a musty old book buried in cobwebs. You pull it out and open it. It appears to be notes about experiments! The notes are about obtaining brain matter. The descriptions are gruesome and you slam the book shut. You decide to explore this room further. In the dim light you see this room is cluttered but one wall is strangely bare. You place your hand on a small gargoyle statue and as your fingers run over it, you hear a click and a secret compartment opens. It is big enough for you to enter.
