 You must stay in the safety of the Crossroads and heed the warning before you. These are the Cliffs of the Rakshasa. The name means Destroyer. In Purgatory they are the eaters of souls. These flying abominations can swoop down upon an unsuspecting lost soul and rip them apart with their daggerlike talons. They are able to assume different forms and will attempt to trick you and lure you into their domain. Without their disguise they are horrible looking creatures that will eat your flesh and drink your blood. Pass this area quickly - if a Rakshasa touches you, you will find yourself immediately impaled and feasted on. Remember, a Rakshasa can assume any form so beware of any you meet along your path. The fact you are a mortal will not protect you from them. Only a touch is required and you will remain here in Purgatory.
