 The office of your new acquaintance is sparsely furnished. Your eyes are immediately drawn to a strange hourglass on his desk. He notices your interest, unlocks a desk drawer, and removes a glowing oblong box.
"My friend, from the moment I saw you I knew you were a person who appreciated the finer things. My hourglass is exquisite, but even it dims in comparison to this. As the Sands of Time run out I collect them and put them in this special box. They shine like jewels don't they? And they should, they are jewels - time is precious. Unfortunately most mortals won't realize that until it's too late. But enough of this. I have drawn up the necessary papers to grant you a speedy passage through this realm of Purgatory. Just sign on the dotted line! I will guarantee you 100% satisfaction. You won't find another opportunity like this again - not in Purgatory, trust me. I don't want to rush you, so please sit down. From my window I have a wonderful view of Purgatory. I have another urgent business matter to attend to, so I must leave for a moment. My assistant will remain with you." When you tell him once again that you have no way to pay him, he smiles and says it is no problem. Being of service to the unfortunate in Purgatory is all the payment he needs.
