 You have responded NO. The Soul Broker appears. He snatches away the box from the stranger and casts a burning light on him. The remains are put in an hourglass. Then he opens the blue box which puts out the embers completely.
"Enchanters and Mortals - you are all fools. That apprentice thought he could steal my collection of souls. As for you - you will be turned away at The Sanctuary. The Enchanters will not grant you passage out of here. The box held thousands of souls. If the box had reached The Sanctuary the embers may have been revived. Those souls then could have gone onto other realms of Purgatory. By saying no your fate will be worse than becoming a Sand Shadow." "As for myself, these embers are no good to me anymore. Worthless!" With that he spills out the contents of the box and stomps on them. Your fate is worse than a Sand Shadows. You are unable to leave this realm. Inhabitants of Purgatory are forbidden to speak your name and any memories of you must be erased. Go back and try again. |
