The days pass uneventfully in the mall. You are constantly hungry and with the rest of the zombies you all shuffle from one end of the mall to the next. The only food to be found has been brought in by zombies from the outside who absentmindedly drop pieces of human flesh. Although most zombies turn away from reanimated flesh, a hungry zombie will turn on a somewhat "fresh" walking dead. To a live human the mall scene would be horrible on many fronts. The stench from rotting, maggot ridden walking corpses would be overpowering and the constant unhuman sounds coming from the walking dead would drive someone insane. To you, everything is just a gray haze and the only sound you hear are the flies buzzing in your rotting ear canal.
