With no fuel to spare you reach the military base. Upon landing, the dog and the radiated military man greet you. Although you were not able to find the scientist, or the secrets of Mardis and Salems Marsh, your efforts were still important. With ammo and other equipment from the military base you were able to secure the mall and make it a thriving safe haven for survivors. Through your broadcasts you were able to use the helicopters and other military transport vehicles to rescue stranded humans and transport them to safety. Other humans with similar skill level increased the effort and the rescues. Slowly but surely you helped grow an army to kill zombies, marauders, and cannibals. Your dog had puppies and they were also useful in the destruction of the zombies. Dog's hate zombies. The radiated military man kept the base reactor from melting down until he was able to train others. After his death, the technicians he trained continued working to repair the radiation leak and after that kept the reactor working safely. Maybe someday soon you'll begin the search again for the scientist and the mysterious Mardis and Salems Marsh. Maybe they're still out there for you to find. Time will only tell. You're efforts have helped to bring mankind back from the brink but the fight continues. It's the dawn of a new day........you bought mankind some time, but the fight is far from over. Mardis must be stopped. Mankind will not be able to hold out much longer. You have successfully completed one of three story paths. There are two different storylines to experience that take you to different locations and scenarios. Once you make a selection you'll get a short introduction to that storyline and then be on your way. At the end of that storyline you'll once again be presented to choose other storylines.
