The scene exudes a melancoly feel, a place of loneliness, despair and horror. It feels like a forgotten place as evidenced by a single window of lamplight. Even in dreams we seek shelter so you walk to the entry door. Under a worn mat a single piece of paper sticks out from under it. It is old, brittle, and feels it will crumble in your hand.
