 With only seconds left you find a bone in the cemetery and have the creature grab it. With all your strength you manage to pull him out of the pit. Then you both push the heavy stone back in place leaving all below to flood.
The Boogeyman turns to you and says, "The nightmare is over, the spirts can rest in peace and I no longer need to guard you at night. Now I will guard these woods and this cemetery to make certain all ghouls and demons will return where they belong when Halloween nights are over." Now just a few stars remain and dawn is coming. Time to say goodbye. The spirit from the graveyard is joined with the other spirits. They circle you and the creature several times before disappearing into the sky. You turn to take a look at the graveyard. All is quiet here at last. When you turn back you see the Boogeyman walking away into the misty woods, and then he vanishes. Who was he? You walk to the place the Boogeyman was last standing and find a book. It's a Diary! You can read it later, right now you just want to go home. Will there be anymore Halloween adventures for you? Who knows -- for now, at least, your adventure is over. You find a familiar path in the woods and make it home safe and sound. The dawn air is crisp and cool and the leaves crackle under your feet. Another Halloween has come and gone. Things are the way they should be in the boneyard. It is peaceful and quiet there now -- or is it? Trapped in a cave under the water an angry demon is busy with plans for next Halloween. He is dying to see you again.
